FLOOR COVERING REMOVAL
We use only quality sanding materials and modern, well maintained machinery to produce a fine, even surface ready for the application of any finish product on the market including stain and high gloss. Our machines have great dust collecting capacity and can be conneceted to dust extractors for a clean home after we have completed the job.
We can apply any finish to your floor including single and two pak polyurethane, water based polyurethane, tung oil and modified oil. Most of these come in a range of sheen levels from matt to high gloss. Three coats are always applied for maximum durability and aesthetic appeal.
We can install any new timber flooring including toung and groove and parquetry of any species over most existing sub-floors or bare joists. The installation includes sectret nails and glue for a clean modern look, and for those after a unique floor boarders and inserts can be added.
We can remove your old flooring including timber, carpet, tiles, lino and dispose of responsibly. This service also includes the preparation of the sub-floor (removing staples etc.) ready for installation of new timber or the sanding of existing timber boards.

Individual timber boards can be cut out and replaced in the case of water damage, splitting or any other unforseen event that may damage your timber floor.
We can reburfish your existing deck by either power scrubbing and pressure washing, or re-sanding before applying quality decking oil to bring your deck back to like-new. We also specialise in the installation of new decking boards and the preparation of these ready for oiling.
We have the most experience dealing with cork floors in the region and can either bring your existing cork back to new by re-sanding and finishing, or install new cork to a solid sub-floor.
